Wonderful supplier of some of our organic wines. Located just over the mountains from Carbondale in Hotchkiss, CO, Lance and Anna have an organic vineyard at almost 7,000 feet.

Our shrimp come from the desert, yes, the Arizona desert! This shrimp farm practices all environmentally friendly means to raise their shrimp, and have just about every "green" seafood certification in the nation.

Cape Clear

Rick fishes the tastiest Alaskan salmon I've had in the lower 48. He flash freezes on the boat which preserves the fresh flavor instantly. Great guy, very high standards, and fantastic fish!
