We’re mostly vegetarian, but with a healthy sampling of sustainably harvested shrimp and wild, line-caught salmon. Our meals are so tasty you’d hardly know that over a dozen are either Gluten-Free or Vegan! We refuse to buy anything that contains GMO’s (Genetically Modified Organisms), right down to the garnishes. (This makes the chickens which dine on our kitchen scraps oh-so-happy!) Even the bar selections are organic. Cheers to that!
We believe we can all change the world, one bite and sip at a time. Our food is nutritious, safe, moderately priced, and unpretentious. And, above all, it is delicious & healthy.
Our work starts before the food even arrives. Where the food comes from is of utmost importance. From the farm to the plate, every step counts. With our customers and our suppliers, we are building a conscious connection between what we eat, how it is prepared, where it comes from, and what happens in-between.
Beyond the food, Eco-Goddess operates using environmentally sensitive business practices, including recycling, waste-reduction, and a spotless, toxin-free environment. We encourage our customers to bring their own “to-go” containers, but offer compostable containers if needed. We’ll loan you our silverware instead of handing out plastic, throw-away utensils for take-out.
